Shipping Policy

We apologize for the inconvenience but at this time we are unable to ship to any address other than the billing associated with the credit card used.

Shipping is free for United States addresses. For destinations outside USA, shipping charges are based on the recipient's address and the weight and dimensions of the package. Shipping charges are retrieved live from the carrier's database and are calculated automatically during checkout. Incorrect information during checkout will result in inaccurate shipping charges being applied. We reserve the right to adjust shipping cost after the sale to reflect actual cost of shipping the package. We will contact you should a situation like this occur.

Orders received before Noon Pacific Standard Time on weekdays are usually shipped the same day unless otherwise specified. This is our standard procedure and not a guarantee. Orders received after that time and on weekends or holidays are shipped the next business day. We place a high priority on getting your order shipped as soon as possible, please note we make no guarantees as large orders, seasonal peaks, severe weather conditions or other circumstances may sometimes delay shipping.

Laguna Beach Jean Co. uses UPS as preferred method of shipping. Other shipping methods may be used at our discretion. Please provide an accurate physical address for your order during checkout. All carriers will charge a re-routing fee if a package is re-routed due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Laguna Beach Jean Co. reserves the right to pass this re-routing fee on to the customer in case this situation occurs. You will be notified by e-mail in such a case. If for any reason your package needs to be redirected, we will pass the additional cost to the customer.

Your order should arrive in no more than 2 weeks, depending on the shipping method or usually much sooner. However, orders outside of the Continental US and custom orders may take longer. Overseas orders may take up to 6-8 weeks depending on the shipping method, destination address and the custom regulations of that country. Approximate expected transit times for each shipping method are as follows, but are not guaranteed:

ground shipping in the continental U.S. -- 5 to 15 business days after shipping (may take up to 21 business days if there are postal delays)
shipping to AK / HI -- 5 to 15 business days after shipping (may take up to 21 business days if there are postal delays
shipping to Canada -- 5 to 15 business days after shipping (may take up to 4 weeks if there are customs delays
expedited shipping in the continental U.S. -- 2 to 6 business days after shipping
overseas shipping -- 3 to 6 weeks (may take 8 to 12 weeks if there are customs delays)

We will attempt to contact you if there is a shipping delay or if an item is backordered. You will have the option of removing the item from your order, waiting or replacing your item for a similar one.
