Return Policy

All products containing crystals are custom made to customer's order, therefore all sales of such products are final, non-refundable and are only eligible for exchange should a manufacturer defect exist, in which case we will exchange it with the same product, size, design and color. Unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise may be returned within 15 days from the date merchandise was received. Items must be returned in the condition, in which it was received, in original packaging with tags attached or the return will not be accepted.

Returns are eligible for store credit only and must be accompanied by Return Authorization number, visible on the outside of the package. To obtain an RA#, please contact customer service by phone or write to the information below. If RA# is not provided, return will be refused and packages will be returned to sender. Shipping is non-refundable. A call tag may be issued, depending on the reason for the return.

Exchanges

if you would like to exchange your item(s), please notify us via email immediately, and include the replacement item(s) with specific size/color information. Replacement item(s) must be of equal or lesser value. Sale items are final and can not be returned.

Once we have confirmed the requested item(s) to be exchanged via email, you will be able to ship your item(s) back to us within 7 business days of receipt of your purchase.

Shipping and handling charges will apply, and are the responsibility of the customer.
